DESCRIPCIÓN DEL SORTEO
Dynamic Color Co. organiza un sorteo en colaboración con René Olmo Ponte, ReneZZ en redes sociales, dirigido a los seguidores de ambos con fines promocionales.
Instagram no patrocina, avala, ni administra esta promoción, ni está asociado a ella.
1- CANALES PROMOCIÓN DEL SORTEO.
Se anunciará el sorteo y sus condiciones en un post subido desde la cuenta de instagram de ReneZZ.
2- CONDICIONES PARTICIPACIÓN.
- Tener más de 16 años
- Seguir a @dynamicolor en Instagram
- Seguir a @renezz en Instagram
- Comentar en el post del sorteo el tatuador/a o tatuado/a favorito y mencionar a dos personas.
Delante de cualquier indicio de identidad falsa o de uso fraudulento del perfil, el organizador se reserva el derecho de descalificar de forma inmediata al participante.
3- GANADORES Y MECÁNICA DEL SORTEO.
El sorteo se producirá 5 días después de la fecha de publicación del mismo.
Se seleccionarán 3 ganadores mediante la aplicación AppSorteos.com
Conocida la identidad de los ganadores, Rene Olmo Ponte publicará los nombres de los ganadores en su perfil de instagram (@renezz). Mediante la participación en el sorteo los participantes dan su consentimiento para que se publique su nombre (o identidad de Instagram) en Instagram. Posteriormente serán contactados por el equipo de Dynamic Color para formalizar el envío de los premios.
Si no se logra contactar con los ganadores en 48h desde el primer contacto, o si estos no cumplen con todas las condiciones de participación, se pasará a contactar con los suplentes generados por la propia aplicación de sorteos.
4- PREMIOS Y ENVÍOS.
Los premios del concurso serán tres packs idénticos por valor de más de 75€. Este pack incluye productos para el cuidado de la piel y el tatuaje, y apparel Dynamic Color Co. (camisetas, gorras y accesorios) y de ReneZZ.
Dynamic Color Co. se hace responsable del envío de los premios a la Unión Europea y Estados Unidos. La empresa organizadora se exime de la responsabilidad de envíos fuera de este territorio, así como de los gastos de los mismos.

Dynamic Color Co. is organizing a sweepstakes in collaboration with René Olmo Ponte, ReneZZ on social media, aimed at followers of both for promotional purposes.

1- GIVEAWAY PROMOTION CHANNELS.
The sweepstakes and its conditions will be announced in a post uploaded from ReneZZ's instagram account.
2- PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS.
- Be over 16 years old
- Follow @dynamicolor on Instagram
- Follow @renezz on Instagram
- Comment on the post of the raffle the favorite tattoo artist or tattooed and mention two people.
In case of any indication of false identity or fraudulent use of the profile, the organizer reserves the right to immediately disqualify the participant.
3- WINNERS AND MECHANICS OF THE GIVEAWAY.
The draw will take place 5 days after the date of publication of the giveaway.
Three winners will be selected through the AppSorteos.com application.
Once the identity of the winners is known, Rene Olmo Ponte will publish the names of the winners on his instagram profile (@renezz). By participating in the sweepstakes participants give their consent for their name (or Instagram identity) to be published on Instagram. They will subsequently be contacted by the Dynamic Color team to formalize the shipment of the prizes.
If the winners are not contacted within 48h from the first contact, or if they do not meet all the conditions of participation, we will contact the alternates generated by the sweepstakes application itself.
4- PRIZES AND SHIPMENTS.
The prizes of the contest will be three identical packs worth more than 75€. This pack includes skin care and tattoo products, Dynamic Color Co. apparel (t-shirts, hats and accessories) and ReneZZ.
Dynamic Color Co. is responsible for the shipping of the prizes to the European Union and the United States. The organizing company disclaims any responsibility for shipments outside this territory, as well as the shipping costs.
